360 Litre (95 US Gallon) Static Overpack

The drum container for this spill kit keeps the absorbents clean, dry and ready for use when needed. A large gauge threaded lid and rigid construction allows the drum to be used as an overpack.

Spill kit’s contents include:

150 x Pads size 40 cm x 46 cm (16” x 18”)

The pads in this spill kit are medium weight Coldform2™ and feature recycled and renewable sourced natural fibres. A spun-bond lamination is added for extra strength. These pads will recover both oil and water-based fluids.

8 x Pillows size 23 cm x 38 cm (9” x 15”)

These pillows feature a spun-bond outer casing and a super absorbent flake core. The core is a next generation absorbent that will absorb and retain both oil-based and water-based fluids.

20 x Socks size 8 cm x 1.2 m (3” x 4’)

These socks feature a spun-bond outer sleeve with a durable stitched seam. This tube is then filled with a next generation super absorbent flake core and sealed with a durable metal clip.

10 x Waste Bags

These are made from a tough grade of polythene. A cable tie is also supplied so that the waste can be secured safely.

2 pairs of gloves

Waterproof gloves help to ensure safe handling of spilled substance.

2 pairs of goggles

All-in one clear goggles provide eye protection from splashes.

This spill kits feature a combination of pads, socks and pillows that will contain and recover a 360 litre spill of oil-based or water-based fluid as well as equipment needed to handle the clean up process.

• Refill 10 pad packs are available for this kit.
• Ensure that disposal of these used sorbents complies with all regulations.
